This thermos is beautiful, a perfect combination of modern materials, features and performance, and the look of an antique

The thermos is exactly what you'd expect from the likes of Stanley--with the exception that, in shipping, it seems to have suffered some scratching to the surface of the bottle. This ruins much of the intended visual effect, which for this bottle is meant to harken back to the Stanley products of 100 years ago, in the 1920s. I'm not sure if Stanley or Eddie Bauer is to be faulted for this, but it would be nice if there were some quality control (or the issuance of a replacement).
