I've received both colors and each one arrived well packaged in a box in perfect condition. I have a small head and had to use the inside adjustment to get my fit. I really like both colors and I'm happy with my purchases.

This hat is a perfect size for me. I got the Hazelnut color - look forward to wearing it this Fall and Winter in Louisiana. You can adjust the tightness of the band inside the hat. Love the brown leather strap around the exterior.

I have a hard time finding a hat to fit my large head (I'm speaking literally here!) My head must be larger than others, I can't even find a man's hat to fit. Much more difficult is finding a stylish hat to fit. When I saw this, I was a bit apprehensive in ordering it online, knowing my difficulties. But when I saw it actually offered a size large, I ordered a black hat. It fit perfectly and it was absolutely gorgeous. The style is so fashionable and versatile with many outfits. You can go casual to Boho with this hat. I got so many compliments on my hat that I went back and ordered it in the brown color.

Absolutely love finding this hat. I've been looking for awhile now. I like my hats to fit which it's adjustable as well. It's not to stiff nor too flimsy. It does pick up lint an hair but it's black an wool, so that's expected. This is very stylish an can be used to dress up or casual. I'm very particular as n this met all my needs.

This hat is simply adorable! Perfect size brim without being too big or too small. Very stylish and high quality. Only complaint is they shipped in a plastic bag so the hat got beat up a bit but even then it help up well, just a kink or two in the brim so I may go to the store to exchange. Would travel well.

This hat looks really good, especially for the price when purchasing on sale! I wish there was a smaller size because it would definitely blow off in strong wind but it is still wearable. Looks very stylish

It's a gorgeous hat! Feels amazing! Love the quality. I was SO excited to see a hat sized L/XL, but, it was too small. My head is not huge, but this hat still seemed tiny. I tried to give it to a friend that says she wears Med hats, and it was too small for her, too.

The hat was too big so I returned it.

Hat runs too large

I really loved this hat but it was just too big for my head and there isn't a smaller size so I had to return it. I wear about a 6 7/8 if that helps folks trying to figure out if this would fit them. Would have been nice to have some sore of elastic inside that tightens against the head for multiple head sizes

Was excited to get a women's hat in a L/XL because I can never find women's hats that fit....Well, this one doesn't fit either! I'm 5'10" tall and have never been described as having an abnormally large head but this one is uncomfortably snug and just sort of sits on top weirdly. I'd return it, but I'm not paying their return fee and the only store near me is an EB outlet - which apparently no longer accepts returns. For this reason, I won't be shopping with EB any longer.

Unliked other raving reviews I don't feel any quality or aesthetics about it. It was also poorly packaged in a thin plastic bag when it was arrived and all flat and out of shape when I opened the bag. Usually this type of hat looks great and feels great wearing it but not this one. I returned it right away thanks to Eddie Bauer no hassle return policy.
