Designed to be worn over tights or leggings, these rain pants are waterproof but also soft, supple and stretchy with a slim, flattering fit. The secret is the WeatherEdge® stretch fabric and seam-sealed construction. The cuffs can be tightened at the ankles for wet-weather bike commuting.
