This is a good jacket. I bought the black one last fall and wore it for the last 5 months. Here in Saskatchewan we had a cold winter this year. Weeks of -30 Celsius to -50 Celsius. I would always have a long sleeve Oxford shirt underneath the jacket, and was never cold. I just wish it had more useful pockets.

Bought it for Winter in PA which sometimes can be tough esp. this year. Was pleasantly surprised of the quality, softness feel of the material and most importantly the warmth from this jacket - was not disappointed at all.

Use for winter snow and yet for rain, took off the outer jacket for snow and put on another down jacket to increase warm, comfortable inner jacket, suggest a fleece inner lining or compatible warm soft material for hood

Everyday wear

I bought this for my boyfriend who didn't have a winter coat and HATES being cold. He often gets too warm and has to take it apart and just wear the inner layer. It is a very good looking coat. Lots of pockets. He says it feels a bit smaller than expected for an XL.

My husband is very pleased with this men's jacket. Keeps him warm in below zero temperatures. Likes the variety of pockets. Appears to be well constructed.

Took on ski trip this past week. Weather was cold, but down lining provides excellent insulation. My only complaint is lack of chest pocket(s), but pocket on sleeve for Ikon Pass worked great.

Ski jacket runs slightly larger than a standard winter coat. It fits perfect for a ski jacket. I'm 5'10 180lbs. Very warm and plenty of great features. Will recommend.

I bought this coat for my nephew for Christmas about three or four years ago and it was recently lost or stolen. He wanted another one for Christmas again because he loved it and was sad it was gone. When he got the new one in the mail, he said it was my old coat but 2.0. He loves it!

Great coat for the cold. It's almost too warm

Bought for cold weather hikes in snowy terrain. We had 5 inches a week ago and hiked for a couple hours with our Siberian Huskies. Temps in the 20's with wind chill into the teens. Had to open up the main zipper, cuffs and armpit zippers to regulate the heat. Expect a comfort level into the single digits or lower if similarly active. Highly recommended!

Nice and warm for occasional outdoor work. It breathes per husband .... and not overly warm. For extreme weather he may choose his parka. Got a tall for reaching overhead in the cold and to cover bum. However those sleeves are too long to wear about town...looks sloppy. Good for tall guy!

It's ideal for cold Michigan winters and not too bulky.

For trips when I travel North in the winter, or snowboarding. It's simple, warm, has the pockets I need, packs tight, and can zip out the lining and use independently - 3 in 1 jacket for an amazing price. Seems to be very durable (time will tell). So happy I returned and bought the matching pants.

It seems like high quality. It fits true to size. My husband said it is comfortable and he is happy about it. The color is more brown than red though.
