It looks like it will be warm and seems well made. I haven't tried it in cold weather yet because it warmed up here by the time it arrived.

Wonderful warm, comfy coat. My daughter is very slim but tall. The small size is perfect and long enough. She loves this coat. Our winter has been extra cold and this fits the bill! Smart pockets, great hood size and waterproof! All good!

Love, love, love this Parka!!!! Picture on website does this coat no justice, it is a beautiful coat!!! The construction, material and durability are top notch!!! Had a North Face coat for 10 years, bought a new one last year and their quality went completely downhill! Then bought this Eddie Bauer and the quality is phenomenal!!! It was minus 2° past few days and didn't freeze while taking my dog outside!! So happy I have this Parka now for the next snowstorm!!! Please keep up the good quality!! Thank you!!!

Fits well and is cozy warm. Love the zipper, with a two way zip. Good length. It does get dirty easily. It does need more flexibility for reaching forward. It is restrictive in that manner.

This Parka is soooooooooo warm! I decided to wait until we got a really cold spell in Minnesota to review this jacket. It is the warmest winter jacket I have bought in a long time! I love the inside of the pockets-they are velvety and warm. The front large pockets are great to store things in so I don't need a purse. I like how the cuffs are tight on my wrists and no cold air blows through them. When I put the hood on without a hat, my ears are not cold and it keeps my head warm. I bought an Eddie Bauer down parka jacket 35 years ago and have never been able to replicate the warmth of that one-this one finally did it-I'm finally warm again on a cold winter day with this parka. The only small negative is the feel of it is somewhat crunchy due to the waterproof of it, but I can deal with that! Thanks EB for making such a quality made warm parka!

Very warm, wind proof winter coat. Plenty of pockets. The hood is a bit awkward and stiff, but keeps the wind out well.

I bought this for my wife who is always cold. It looks very nice on her and she said it felt very warm when she wore it outside when the weather was in the teens! The collar is kind of a bluish white and looks very nice. She is very happy with it.

Wanted a light colored coat to walk my dogs in the evening. Wonderfully warm in all kinds of cold weather. Love it!

I like this parka. It is well made. The hood is a slight bit smaller than my usual EB parka hoods but it fits fine. I would purchase again.

I've gotta say, I kind of love this parka. Lightweight yet very warm, and feels like a big hug. The proportions are perfect for a shorter frame. I'm 5'2 and bought a regular. Somehow the sleeves aren't too long and it hits just right on the thighs. The large front pockets are a plus - lots of room for carrying stuff but still sits flat when full. Super cosy on cold days.

This coat is a beast! It is absurdly warm, and very comfortable. The loose fit means this fits great even though I am slightly above the 3X measurements on the size chart. At my height and torso length, this sits comfortably on my hips. The purple also isn't too vivid in person. A great very cold weather plus sized coat!

This is the best jacket I have ever bought. Warmth is primary reason for buying, but it is also flattering. Fit is great!

I have purchased 3 of these over the last few years, only because I have lost a LOT of weight. These coats are rugged, warm, and cozy. Each one I own looks brand new. People never think Georgia gets very cold, but it's not uncommon to get down to then teens and even single digits in the winter. This coat is waterproof; heavy rain and snow slide right off. It is toasty warm too, somewhat like wearing a down blanket. It has all the bells and whistles to keep out cold wind too. As long as EB continues to carry this coat, I will continue to buy it. Absolutely love it!

This is the best coat this brand makes for women. Best materials, craftsmanship. I would eliminate the upper arm pocket. Nice large hand pockets. I did need a tall size as a 5'9" lady for the arm length. Nice cuffs that aren't too tight. I just really like this coat a lot. I do wish Eddie Bauer's female model shapes had more room in the backside. Their jeans don't fit in the rear either. Not everybody is straight up and down. This coat is cut large enough for curves, but is not flattering at all, especially in the back. But functionally, it's the best, warmest, most durable coat they make.

Coat is a perfect fit (with sleeves that are actually long enough!) and is warm without being stifling. Plus, it looks very nice.

This Jacket is very warm for the very cold Winters we get here (at least very cold for me). I live in Winnipeg so this jacket is perfect for the winter. I ended up having to give it to my sister because I ordered the wrong size, it's too small for her but she doesn't seem to care that it's tight she loves the jacket that much. It is very warm and keeps her warm when she's waiting for 2 busses to get to her day program in the freezing cold winter weather. I'll probably be ordering another one in my size once I have the money for it because I need a warm jacket.
