I really like both zipper and snap closures. It covers the neck which is very comfortable. It is roomy and easy to get on or off. It is comfortable to wear in the car while driving.

The length is great for keeping warm. Comfortable in temps in the 20s. Just roomy enough for winter clothes unworn underneath. Lightweight enough to move around outside with the grands - sledding, shoveling,…. I'm 5'4", 140 pounds and Medium is perfect fit.

This coat is perfect for cold East coast weather! (Not rain though) I like it so much I purchased a second one in a different color! Extremely light weight, few ounces maybe. I love that aspect as well as the hood which snaps at the neck to avoid falling off. It's a keeper.

Bought this for my sognificant other. The length adds extra warmth and the combination of water resistance and down is unbeatable.

Love it! Light in weight but keeps me warm. Purchased it to hike but find myself reaching for it when I am doing errands. Love that it is long enough to wear with leggings! It has a hood so I can cover my head if I don't have a hat with me.

Warm lightweight

The jacket is wonderfully warm and so light weight! My husband bragged about his jacket so much that I had to get my own!

I purchased a larger size to wear over sweaters and sweatshirts. Like the snaps and it stays closed and keeps me covered with walking across parking lots.

It's roomy enough to wear a sweater or 2 layers under it. I'm loving not having a tight or heavy coat on.

I have been looking for a replacement for my old Eddie Bauer down coat for a couple of years, and I was delighted to finally find this. It's not too heavy, and it is long enough to cover my hips. And a hood! I got XL as I have broad shoulders. It was roomy but not too big. It's a great coat for cold weather, but not a bitter cold winter weather coat. And thank you, Eddie Bauer, for carrying tall women's sizes!

I bought this coat two years ago in Blue Smoke, a color no longer available. The fit is perfect for me and is surprisingly warm for being so lightweight. -I appreciate the availability in Tall. A small rip appeared on the sleeve. so I decided to buy another one while on sale. Light Harbor, closest to Blue Smoke, was not available in M Tall so I ordered Indigo. The photo is accurate but the color somehow looks nicer in person, like a dark bluish teal. I like it.

Very warm, fits true to size, length is great

I purchased my normal EB size, and it fits well, with a bit of room for layers (5'7", 190 lb, 42" bust, 45" hips). So glad I ordered this. I especially like the snaps for times I don't want to zip. And the hood is well-designed.

I own many Eddie Bauer and First Ascent outerwear/ski items from when I lived in the PNW mountains. Most are too warm for KY. This Parka is lightweight, very basic, but is perfect for my needs..

It's very soft and cozy. I love how the neck comes up high and the hood fits well. It's just a little longer than my cirrus light coat, so that's nice.

I hadn't upgraded my parka for 10 years. The last one was LE. This new one is much lighter. The TALL sizes are very important, please don't cancel making talls. The new parka is truely a parka with zipper and snap closure. No fake fur on the hood this time.

This coat is a PS and fits perfect - I again had to try on both a PS and a PM to make sure it fits. I need to do this with most of Eddie Bauer's petite items.

So far, even with low temps, this has been perfect! Love the attached hood and 2-way zipper - those are the features that sold me.
