I have used this product kayaking and camping. I liked the ability to cuff and secure the sleeves based on sun, wind and temperature. The secure pockets and loops for glasses make great for outdoors

Love this shirt. Got it in a blue and a yellow pattern and both are great. 2.0 improved the ventilation design on the shirtback and it is more effective and more comfortable - instead of a straight horizontal vent flap across the back, there are now two vertical vent flaps, one behind each shoulder. This improves both flexibility in the shirt, and ventilation around the back and pits. Great durable sun shirt.

This is a great shirt – I now own four of them. They look nice enough that I can go out to nice restaurant, traveling (the pockets are great) but I most frequently use them during my outdoor pursuits. I'll often wear them going to the farm to help our son-in-law and they are my absolute favorite shirt for any type of hiking. I recently wore one on a long hike from the south rim down to the river and back in the Grand Canyon. The fabric provided great sun protection, the pockets were very handy and kept things secure, the loop over the left pocket held by sunglasses. Overall the shirt is quite comfortable. I actually wear mine all three seasons and just layer.

The zippered phone pocket is perfect for travel--perfect protection against pick pockets.
