I bought these as a base layer for a winter trip to Alaska. Just wore them today under snow pants and was super warm all day on a glacier hike. I'm 5'8 and 145 pounds and the L give me.plenty of room. Love them!

My wife is from Florida and these are warm, breathable, and comfortable for her in the winter months. A bit pricy, but worth it. Definitely buying more. Happy wife happy life.

I wore in France where it was very cold

I wore these under thin dress casual pants while traveling in Ireland in a cold day. They were so comfortable I didn't even think about them once. They added just the warmth I needed.

Getting ready for a trip earlier this year to Iceland in January and wanted to be prepared for the cold weather. These baselayer pants worked great under ski pants as well as jean type pants which I wore based on the wind and cold conditions expected. Based on other reviews I ordered both a L and XL; kept the XL. I normally wear size 14. Mainly because the fit of the large felt like they were just a little too short/small and I would be constantly pulling them into place if I had kept them. The XL felt so well I didn't think about think about them, but I did stay warm and comfortable.

Bought a pair to try out and love them so much I bought more. Never before have I had baselayers that I am completely happy with. I am finally able to keep warm in the northern Alberta winter weather.

I'm 5'5 , weigh 140 and the 6 fits perfectly. These pants can be dressed up (ish) or down. They are so warm and comfortable that I have two pair! Great for cold days!

I have several baselayer tops and bottoms, but sometimes I need extra base layers to keep me warm. They don't have petite, so I ordered size "small". I have short legs, narrow hips, and wide waist. Waist is bit snug and length is ok. It's thicker than other baselayer bottoms I have. It will keep me warm in cold winter.

These long johns fit true and the fabric is amazing.

Warm, comfy, no itch

I did not think they would work because they were so thin but when i went to shovel snow. they kept me warm.

I bought these last year in a size XL and they fit great. Bought them this year and the XL was huge. Had to downsize to a large. They're a nice warm under layer, but it would be nice I'd you could buy the same size 2 years in a row and have them fit.

I wear these as a base layer under my fishing waders. They are soft and warm. They surprisingly fit tight in the legs, that is there isn't much stretch and are almost too small. I have small legs and originally bought a large and waist was too big. I gifted them and bought another pair in medium. The small pocket has torn away from the seam and I've only worn them a few times in the last month. Considering the price I have to say I'm a bit disappointed and am considering returning them. Love the fabric blend.

These are really soft and feel really nice. They're thin and really tight-enough to pull on skinny pants over them. They are not very stretchy though. They are two way stretch-sideways. Vertically they don't stretch at all, so initially the pants felt too low in the back and really tugged. They eased up a bit and now fit like a glove. I'm honestly surprised they fit like a glove-All Eddie Bauer pants are too big for me, but these verged on too tight. I'm going to line dry them because if they shrink even a smidge my butt will be too big. I'm 5'7", 118 lb and ordered an x-small. Size up if you're in between sizes.

Very high quality base layer. Thin but warm and comfortable. I was surprised that it was capri length, about 3" below my knee, and I'm not that tall.

These pants are a great base layer that are thin enough not to be cumbersome but definitely keep you warm. I only wish the waist was higher, since I wear them for work and was worried they would sag with movement. First use they stayed up fine, just had to get used to the lower rise compared to my outer layers.

I like the feel but the butt is very tight and low in the back. I can't wear Eddie Bauer pants or shorts because even x-small/0 are too big for me, but these are very tight. They fit fine everywhere except the butt. I'm 5'7", 115 lb so I don't think it's because I have an exceptionally large rear end. I almost wonder if I should go up a size.

Stiff and uncomfortable

I always take a large from Eddie Bauer, but I could not fit into this large. And the backside is too low. Sending them back

Good material for base layer, but barely covers my backside. Not stretchy, so I wish I would have gotten the next size up. But my Eddie Bauer hiking pants are Medium, so I figured the base layer would be the same. Bummer!

I'm petite and the low rise was too low. I wear another pair of tights over these, because these will come down.

I have a similar pair of baselayer pants that I bought from EB around 2010 in a size small. They still fit okay but I thought I would treat myself to an upgrade, but these were not even close to the fit and quality of my old pair. I purchased a medium and the rise was so short they would be unwearable. I just assumed the rise would be the same or higher than the old pair but the old pair fits better in the smaller size. I am rarely disappointed with EB so this downgrade in quality was surprising.
