They are warm! Used them snowboarding and snowman making under my snow pants and stayed warm and dry!

Great mid-weight legging, soft and fleecy with interior waffle grid for extra warmth under my snowpants without as much bulk! Nice slim fit but stretchy and cozy. I didn't want to take them off!

Very warm thermals. Perfect for Montana winters

I have been wearing these in cold temps with wind (under 10F-30F degrees , with other cold weather athletic leggings on top. This leggings are very warm, yet thin and lightweight. Fit very comfortable and functional.

I originally bought these for walks outside in the winter, but since I don't want to turn on the heat I'm wearing them in my house and I am completely comfortable. I'm excited to get outside as the weather cools more and see how they hold up to the elements. I'm pretty sure they will be a great base layer.

Comfortable and soft. I normally purchase tall but they were not available. Nonetheless I don't mind them being a little short.

These are comfortable. I wore them in the cold weather, and they were great. The fleece lining is warm and so comfortable. They fit well, too!

These are more of a base layer than leggings I would wear on their own. With that said, they are very warm and comfortable and will be great for these Minnesota winters!

I'd never try to grid fleece before and I expected it to be the same weight and thickness as the normal fleece on Eddie Bauer's base layers. However, it appears to be much thicker and it has nothing to do with a grid pattern on it. It's very comfortable, warmer than the basic fleece base layers, and I have used it for everything from walking in the fridge cold to hanging out inside. I will be using it for sledding and probably anything else that comes up this winter. I minus one star because I thought it was too expensive but it would be a great buy on sale!

Warm and comfortable

The sizing feels a little smaller than other EB women's baselayer leggings, but the grid fleece is incredibly warm and comfortable. I'll be wearing them for biking, walking, and probably just as leggings in general. I wish my size wasn't already sold out or I'd be buying another pair.

I would not wear these without pants over them. They are see-through between the little squares of fleece. They fit pretty well through the hips, tight at the thighs and they are loose at the ankle. My biggest complaint is that they are short - like 4" above my shoes. They do launder well.

Purchased these for cold weather hiking. The quality was good, as was the fit. Although I liked them, I did return these because they felt inadequate for lower temperatures and seemed overpriced compared to other hiking tights.

Leggings are more useful as underpants for snowing

When I ordered these leggings, I thought that they would be typical leggings that I could wear on a regular basis for workout or athleisure. These have a strange fit for me - loose around ankles and legs, but tight in the crotch area. These are more of a baselayer type of legging. And that is how I plan to use them. I also purchased them while on sale, but I don't feel that they are worth the full price.

I don't usually write reviews, but I'm upset that I paid so much for these poor quality leggings. They look terrible after 2 months of regular use — pilling, elastic has already stretched, strange warping of fabric, label peeling off. In addition, Eddie Bauer customer service has been difficult. In this same order, I received the wrong items than I had purchased. I had to call them at least 4 times to receive a refund. Extremely disappointing experience overall, and I will not be shopping here again.
